Timetable Changes

Timetable changes will NOT be considered for the following reasons: 

  • Change of spare (only grade 12 students can have a spare) 
  • Change of teacher
  • To be with friends
  • Rearrange timetable and subject order

Changes will only be considered for valid educational reasons. Provide an alternate course in case your first choice is not available or there is a conflict with another course.

Students can pick up a course change form in the Guidance Department. Course change forms must be fully completed and signed by a parent/guardian and dropped off in the guidance office. Guidance counsellors will contact the student if necessary and if the request cannot be accommodated.

Please note that a course change request could result in the following:

  • Change of teacher 
  • Change of lunch period 
  • Change of study period (grade 12 only) 
  • Change of subject order
